| Pencil Hardness Test | Using a hardness tester, apply a force of 1.0±0.05kg at a 45-degree angle to the coated surface, at a speed of 0.5mm/s. Pull back 3mm on the coated surface, repeat 5 times. | ≥7H |
| Abrasion Test | Using an abrasion tester with 3M 7447B scouring pad, load 1.5KG, 5% detergent solution. Perform back and forth wear test. | ≥10000 cycles |
| Non-stick Test | Pour one egg onto the coating surface heated to 160-180℃, after frying, use a spatula to check if it sticks to the coating surface. Repeat 100 times. | Pass |
| High Temperature Resistance Test | Place the sample in an oven at 350℃ for continuous heating for 10,000 hours; the coating color must not show obvious changes. | No discoloration |
| Salt Water Resistance Test | Make “×” cuts at the bottom and sides of the inner pot, add 5% salt water up to the highest water level, boil for 8 hours as one cycle. After 4 cycles, no blistering, stains, or other defects should appear on the cuts or coating surface. | >4 cycles |
| Acid Resistance Test | Pour 5% acetic acid solution into the sample up to the maximum scale, boil and maintain for 30 minutes, then leave for 24 hours. The coating should show no obvious discoloration, blistering, corrosion spots, or peeling. | Pass |
