| Pencil Hardness Test | Using a hardness tester, apply a force of 1.0±0.05kg at a 45-degree angle to the coated surface, pulling 3mm at a speed of 0.5mm/s on the coating surface. Perform 5 cycles. | ≥4H |
| Cross-Cut Adhesion Test | Use a knife to cut 11 horizontal lines spaced 1mm apart on the coating surface, then cut 11 vertical lines spaced 1mm apart, creating 100 small squares. Apply transparent adhesive tape (without bubbles) on the 100 squares, perform instant peeling, and repeat 5 times. | 100/100 |
| Abrasion Resistance Test | Using an abrasion tester with 3M 7447B scouring pad, load 1.5KG, and 0.5% detergent solution, perform back-and-forth abrasion. Wear test. | ≥3000 cycles |
